JJ55 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies and Player Rights Explained

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use jj55. We take underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds returned after verification of identity, with no bonus credit applied.

You are responsible for confirming that your use of jj55 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. jj55 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific location and accepts no liability for use by players in jurisdictions where such activity is restricted.

Each individual may hold only one registered account at jj55. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent restrictions will be closed and any associated balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj55 login credentials. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance. If any of your details change after registration — including your registered mobile number — you must update your profile promptly. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match your verified identity.

jj55 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on the deposits and withdrawals page of your account dashboard.

In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, do not attempt the same transaction multiple times without first contacting support. Duplicate payment attempts can result in funds being debited from your wallet before our system confirms the original transaction. jj55 is not liable for delays caused by mobile wallet providers or banking institutions.

Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that matches your verified identity on jj55. Before your first withdrawal is approved, jj55 may request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement, not a barrier to payment.

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Your real-money deposit balance is freely withdrawable at any time, regardless of bonus wagering status.

jj55 aims to approve and process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated above. In rare cases involving manual review — typically for first withdrawals or large amounts — processing may take up to 24 hours. jj55 will communicate any delays via your registered contact details. We do not delay withdrawals without legitimate cause.

• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only — not deposit plus bonus combined.
• Bonus credit must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• jj55 reserves the right to remove a bonus from an account if it was obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of a technical error, or breach of these Terms.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to sports bets contributing to bonus wagering — individual promotion pages state these clearly.
• jj55 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Active bonus balances at the time of a promotion's discontinuation will continue to be honoured under the original terms.

jj55 employs systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using bonuses in a statistically risk-free pattern designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine betting intent, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

A bet is not valid until you receive an on-screen confirmation showing your bet ID, stake, selection, and potential return. Verbal or written statements by jj55 staff outside of the platform do not constitute bet acceptance. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, jj55 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.

The minimum bet on any individual market is Rs 200. Maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and event and are displayed in your betslip at the time of placing the bet. jj55 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake available to any individual account at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once you confirm a bet, the price is locked at the odds displayed at confirmation. For in-play betting, markets may be suspended briefly following significant events such as a goal, wicket, or red card. jj55 is not liable for missed in-play opportunities resulting from market suspensions.

A bet may be voided — and your stake returned — if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play time has elapsed. For cricket, the minimum required time is defined separately for T20, ODI, and Test formats. Specific void rules for each sport are available from customer support upon request.

If your connection drops during a live game, any bet already placed and confirmed will stand and be settled based on the actual outcome of that round. jj55 will credit winnings if a confirmed bet wins regardless of whether you remained connected for the full duration of the round. Bets placed but not confirmed due to a connection failure before confirmation are not valid.

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to a dealer error, equipment failure, or software fault — the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned. jj55 will not honour winnings resulting from a malfunctioning round. Decisions made by the game studio following an investigation of a malfunction are final.

We collect information you provide during registration (name, mobile number, date of birth), transaction records, betting history, device information, and IP addresses. This data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, and fulfil anti-money-laundering obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

By registering at jj55, you may receive transactional communications (account confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) and, if opted in, promotional communications about bonuses and offers. You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings at any time. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect transactional messages.

• Creating more than one account under any identity, household address, device, or IP address for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund a jj55 account.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game, market, odds feed, or technical system on the jj55 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to exploit live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Placing bets on your own sport, team, or event where you have material non-public information or a direct interest in the outcome.
• Using jj55 for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification, including submitting documents that do not belong to you.

jj55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there is reason to believe these Terms have been breached, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, where identity verification has not been completed within a reasonable time, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In cases where an account is suspended without cause attributable to the player, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

You may close your jj55 account at any time by contacting support at support@jj55.run. Any real-money balance remaining after active bets are settled will be refunded to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of account closure are forfeited.

Betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk. jj55 is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gameplay. By placing bets on jj55, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of wagering and that losses are a possible outcome of every bet. jj55 does not guarantee any specific return or outcome from any market.

Where a technical fault on the jj55 platform causes an incorrect result to be displayed or an incorrect payment to be made, jj55 reserves the right to correct the error regardless of whether it was in the player's favour. Players who knowingly exploit a technical error will have the relevant transaction reversed and may have their account suspended.
